At the hearing, the applicant will make oral submissions to the Court, followed by the respondent. Once the respondent is done, the applicant will have the opportunity to present a short reply.
Judges of the Federal Court may be addressed as “Justice,” “Mr. Justice <Last Name>” or “Madam Justice <Last Name>”.
The parties should be ready to address the issue of costs at the hearing, including whether they have reached an agreement on the disposition or quantum of costs.
