Hearings before the Tax Court of Canada start at 9:30 am. However, it is a good idea to arrive half an hour early.
The hearing is divided in 4 parts:
A party may use “Your Honour” when addressing the judge hearing the appeal. Parties are specifically asked not to address the judge hearing the appeal as “My Lord”, “My Lady”, “Your Lordship”, “Your Ladyship”.
